2) Refund and Cancellation Policy
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been accepted and processing has begun, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order. Because our products are food items and are prepared fresh to order, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines. We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests where:
1) The issue is reported after the stated time period.
2) The product has been partially consumed.
3) The product was mishandled after delivery.
4) The customer provided an incorrect delivery address or contact information.
The issue relates to subjective preferences such as taste, texture, or sweetness level, where the product delivered matches the order placed.
In case of order cancellation before dispatch, any refund may be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges and other applicable processing costs, where permitted by law.
3) Shipping and Delivery Policy
We currently deliver within selected serviceable areas in India – subject to availability of standard Courier services. Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, weather, traffic, location, and other operational factors. Orders will be dispatched only after payment confirmation, unless cash-on-delivery or another payment method is specifically enabled.
Please ensure that the delivery address, phone number, and recipient details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or the address is incorrect, the order may be marked as delivered or returned depending on the delivery partner’s policy. Re-delivery, if possible, may involve additional charges.
Since our products are perishable, we recommend that customers receive and store them promptly after delivery according to the instructions provided.
Delivery charges, minimum order values, and serviceability may change from time to time without prior notice.

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, nuts.

Product ingredients, flavor profiles, and decoration may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the handmade nature of our products.
To maintain freshness and quality, please store products as instructed on the packaging or product page. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, delayed consumption, or exposure to unsuitable conditions after delivery.
